(DIET TIPS) How To Lose 2-5 kg in a month?


Hello amazing readers !
I am excited to share with you how i lose 2.5 kg in a month
I love burning fat and lose weight ,who doesn't like having small body and a spanish guitar shape body lol
So months ago my weight was 51 ,and i blame Jakarta for that.I ate too many food in Jakarta omg such a guilty pleasure. Noodles,Fried rice,dim sum oh my God ,i can't help myself eating,eating and eating.
After i came back to Bali ,I start my healthy diet and surprisingly i lose 2.5 kg in a month.My weight is 48.5 kg now.
I will tell you how to lose weight and how to maintain it.



WHAT TO EAT?

1.APPLE 
Apple as a breakfast is really important. It helps your digest system ,so every morning you must go to the toilet and poop.Apple has low calories so it's really good for diet because it doesn't turn to fat.

2.RED RICE 
Red rice is a good source of fiber and also it's fat free.Beside that red rice is a source of iron."Without enough iron in your diet, your body may not get the oxygen it needs, causing you to feel tired and lowering your ability to fight infection"(source: here )
That's why you need red rice on your healthy diet.

3.VEGGIES
Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories. None have cholesterol. Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.

4.LESS MEAT
You can eat meat but i prefer chicken stew.Meat has lots of fat and calories so be careful.
NO STEAK ALLOWED!

WHAT TO DO ?

1.DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Your body contains 60% of water,so what if you don't drink water? yeap dehydration. Water helps to lose weight too.It fights infection,get rid of toxins on your body,and make you have healthy skin.

2.50x SIT UPS EVERYDAY
Sit up helps you to lose fat in your belly

3.JOGGING EVERY MORNING 
Actually i'm not a morning person. i do this twice a week just to burn my fat and have fun lol. I always jogging at the beach because the air is really good.Good for your health

Okayyy,that's it. That's all what you need from outside but mentally you need DISCIPLINE, HARDWORK,and after you suceed you will feel amazing.

EAT HOUR

Breakfast : Apple
Lunch : Red rice with chicken stew and veggies
Dinner : NO EATING AFTER 6 PM !

What if you're hungry after breakfast or lunch?
Eat healthy snack and drink lots of water. My healthy snacks are watermelon and melon,or sometimes i modified by eating rujak LOL.

It's easy but you have to do it again and again,actually if your weight is higher than me ,you can lose more weight.You can do more exercise if you like. You can go to gym or whatever you like,DON'T eat junk food!

  1. I agree with your diet method, I also doing the same way :) Several things that different is I ate banana instead of apple (due to the price, hehehe), and also I swimming regularly.

  5. I lose 2kg in a week loh! Ini menu aku tiap hari:

    breakfast: energen go-fruit strawberry
    lunch: 1 cup rice, meat/chicken, vegetables
    early dinner 5pm - 6:30pm: 2 bananas

    Totally agree with you! Minum air putih tuh bagus banget untuk tubuh. Dan usahakan selalu olahraga sebelum tidur. Selain bagus untuk tubuh, juga bisa bikin tidur pulas loh hehehe.

    Olahraga aku: I do 50 sit ups a day for a week, 3minutes squat, 1menit kayang dan 5 menit yoga hihihi.

    Banyak ya ritualnya, tapi ngaruh banget buat aku :D

      Aku juga biasa naik berat badan kalo PMS rasanya pengen makan banyak banget. Kalo pms jangan makan pedas sama manis ,soalnya bisa bikin nyeri di perut.

  10. oke kl saya dietnya cukup kurangi porsi nasi dan makan malam lebih cepat sekitar jam 5 lalu tidur jam 9.. turun sih dalam sebulan bisa 2kg tapi.. lengan, paha, dan betis bergelambir hiks.. mungkin karena olahraga yga sy jalani cuma push up hehe
